Great app

This is the best invoice app out there however there are a few things if you can change soon. There is no option to print all invoices, so you have to sit there and print one by one which takes forever to complete especially with a bunch of invoices. Another option you can add is creating invoice folders to organize invoices in categories.

Very Good but pricey

The annual cost of this app is about 225$cAd You must also buy cloud storage after about 2500 invoices. Its very good to track customers and money, very easy to send statement or old invoice to customer. Will continue to use il a lot.

Great product and easy to use. Great options like signing for approved invoices. Be nice if had inventory control. If does did not see it. Lol. Fantastic product. The biggest issue right now is the yearly renewal. I have had this for 3+ years now and it has pretty much doubled. I just think the price is getting out of hand. Not many new options have been added.

Great app

Ive been using this app for about 3 years. All of my estimates and invoices are done on my iPad with Invoice2go. Doesnt share well with my iMac though. Only half of my customers are accessible, and I cant find all my estimates and invoices on my iMac.

Invoice2go is Awesome

Ive been using Invoice 2go for 4 years and 2 businesses.Its cost effective,easy to use ,convenient and makes the office work extremely easy. I use the custom invoice template to compliment my business. If customer service is needed,they quickly respond to resolve any issues or requests

Mobile to Desktop Issues

Super great program but with one really significant (and annoying) bug that has yet to be fixed. I use this program on three different platforms (my tablet, smart phone, and desktop). Whether I create or edit my invoices or enter payments on a mobile device, 8 out of 10 times those changes do not take effect on the desktop version. For example, if I create an invoice (say, invoice 100) on my phone and then later go to view that invoice on my desktop, it usually does not appear. However, if I then go to create it on my desktop, the new invoice will begin at 101, meaning invoice 100 is there under the surface, but just not showing in my invoice list. The problem with creating the invoice for a second time on my desktop is that a second invoice will then appear on my mobile devices, leaving me with two identical invoices on my phone and tablet. Sometimes after create an invoice on my phone, the invoice *will* appear on my desktop but with several missing items. This issue has never happened visa versa, therefore I always have to make sure I create invoices on my desktop, to avoid any issues. If I have to make any edits, enter any payments, etc. on one of my mobile devices (which I often do), I then have to make sure I go into the desktop version and make those corrections a second time, as they often will not appear. The desktop version can also be quite slow and glitchy. I started using this program 18 months ago, and this issue seems to have gotten worse. Its to the point now where the only thing I use the desktop version for is to create my invoices, as my desktop is connected to my printer and I need to print each invoice. Other than that, Ive sort of abandoned the desktop version, which is an inconvenience for me. Having said that, its a very user-friendly interface and I do enjoy using it.

Decent but not for serious invoicing

I originally bought this for one of my business a year or so ago and it was awesome with the easy to use mobile app and the option to use web based software I loved it had the ability to customize templates. However currently I have purchased two more subscriptions for two other companies and I have to say its been a complete let down. They took away the options to customize your invoice or estimate. This invoicing option will work for you but pray you like one of their 6 templates. Yes 6 is all and with a very very limited customizing option I have had to move both companies away from this software. And because I purchased it through iTunes there is really no way to get your money back. They did however let me keep the customizing options they had originally on my first company. So buyers do some homework lots of other options out there.

The worst

This app is great. The only reason it gets 1 star is because after 7 months of using it, I still have problems sending the invoice over email through the app. Twice a month I have to deal with resetting network settings and checking sent email to see if its sent yet. Such a pain. And after contacting support after EVERY time, it is still not fixed. Im using latest iPhone and iOS. No reason for this. Im getting a refund right now.

Keep it simple

I have been using this app for the past few months and I have to say that it is a brilliant. No more saving invoices and quotes in PDF on my PC and backing it up to Dropbox etc. This is a one stop shop. Please just keep it simple, no need for the apple watch etc, just keep it simple.

NOT Your Invoicing Solution. Keep Looking.

After using this app for a few weeks & contacting the support team (which was "responsive", FWIW) — I have little hope for this app. The app assigns its own naming structure to its Invoices, Estimates, Credit Memos, etc., over which the user has ZERO control. So, I could create 20 unique Invoices/Estimates to 20 unique clients and THEY WOULD ALL RECEIVE THE SAME FILE NAME: "Invoice #1.pdf" How is this — in any remote way — intuitive, logical, or helpful? How does something like this "slip through the cracks" during development? Ridiculous. Also, while there is ample room for adding customized comments in the apps SETTINGS, these are truncated to no more than 4 lines of text in the actual Estimate, Invoice, Credit Memo, etc. Completely useless if you want to append customized Terms, Conditions, etc. to your client communications. Add to this shortlist the other annoyances, like the inability to add comments to a particular line item, or apply a discount, or add a surcharge (if your client chooses to pay via credit card, say) and Invoice2go proves to be Not-At-All-Ready to dine at the adult table. None of this (and likely a stack of other "gotcha!"s) is explained or addressed in the documentation, of course. This app LOOKS good, but it isnt useful for the business owner looking for a serious, robust invoice/estimate/"bookkeeping"-type of app. Im requesting a refund for the Starter Package. Glad I didnt do the Pro package.

Great app been using it for over 4 years

I have a small construction business and its has been great for me , A few times I have had to update for bug. Fixes but nothing that has given myself or customers a problem.

Always asking for upgrade and it has technical issues

Synchronizing between devices is a mess, you lose information from device to device, and invoices get duplicated In many occasions, that means that my iPad shows a number of invoices and amounts, while my iPhone shows another numbers and amounts, then computer shows different numbers too, to sync in between devices is not good but everything else is fine, at the other side the price for membership is going too high, and is not any more in balance with the quality of the app

Have used since 2013

I originally had the free or cheap version (cant remember which) and was pretty limited by it, but once I got the upgraded version there were quite a few more options. There are a bunch of features that would be really useful to a different type of business than mine (Residential Remodeling) but I still really like all the features that I use. The only big drawback I see is that this does NOT work seamlessly to transfer information to QuickBooks.
