Pretty dissatisfied with the product as well as customer service. Information wont transfer from mobile device to desktop, companion program reciepts2go worthless as it cant attach image to the invoice for emailing.

Dont buy this App, bad business. I really loved this App at first but after upgrading to the new OS the app would always crash when I tried to create a invoice. I had to purchase the latest version just to find out after 5 invoices I had to upgrade to the pro option which I never had to do in the past. $29, $49, $99 Bottom line these Apps get you in by letting you use it for a while and all of a sudden you find yourself later having to buy rights to use the same App you already bought. Dont buy in to this new format of business. I would have never bought this if I knew I wouldve been limited after 5 or so uses. Also limits you to a small product list before making you upgrade (yay more $$$$ for them again). Developers think its slick but they just lost a customer, or 2 or a million

I have been using invoice2go for 4 years and I would not change it for anything thank you to the producers of this App

Been using for more than a year now. Love being able to use either my iPhone or iPad. Quick books is behind the curve when it comes to mobile business transactions. This app does everything I need.

Everything working great for me. Would be nice to have phone # line on invoice address page. Also would help to be able to text inv/est as well as email. My only 2 very small issues with the app. Works great!

Use this app for all my invoicing, they look very professional, and I like the credit card click to pay on the bottom. The customers love it as well.it makes for a simple and easy payment.

I really like this app. It keeps my business organized and super easy to use. I only hold back due to "maps" not currently tracking invoice positions, and Id like to see my contact list auto fill. Also, major issue with the profit and loss page being way off! Cant run balances properly with wrong numbers. Starting to question if its worth it and going elsewhere.

Does well for what I need. Just wish signature panel expanded to full screen to sign!

This app is a little pricey if you do many small invoices, but if you only do a few large invoices per year it is a cost effective choice.

Havent started using this App and already having problems. Error when trying to Sign-up

Very easy to use, specially for small businesses. Did the upgrade but today it has been crashing and not allowing me to semd email. I suspect it is just today. Hopefully tomorrow itll be better.

Great app. Great way of making nice invoices and tracks what you have out.

This app has allowed me to be a 1-man band and appear bigger than what I really am. It separates me from the other guys who only have a business card and it opens the door to have a discussion of long term lawn maintenance. I have converted over 90% of my customers to agree to a monthly invoicing system by explaining to them that they can pay online. Two of my clients I have NEVER met face 2 face and have had them on my books for the last 2 months. 4 stars because when I broke my phone 2 weeks ago the Apple Store didnt do a back up before giving me my new phone so I accidentally double invoiced a few customers. If the app would automatically back up on a daily basis that would be an awesome feature. Right now I am having to back up my phone every night. A few things I would like to see: • the app ask if the customer would like to reschedule service and it allows you to schedule your next visit • the rate stays the same for that customer versus having to remember what rate they paid A couple of things that would help make the app better. This is a great app and highly recommend for those who are serious about getting their business off the ground and keeping yourself organized.

Great app to use for invoicing on the go!

Used to love it until they made some big changes. But they fixed the password problem but wish they would make having a password optional. Will try it out and let you know more later

Pros: simple and easy to use. Has features even FreshBooks doesnt have such a field to enter the COST of items you sell in addition to the resale price. Works great on an iPad. A little sluggish on a desktop. Cons: I HATE the new "leave us a review" nag screen that bugs me EVERY time there is an update.

This app has made me money. Ive used it as an invoice, but also to submit formal bids and quotes. Having the ability to walk back to my truck and submit my bid almost immediately has gained me several jobs because my competition wasnt as quick on jobs that were time sensitive.
