Best app ever made!!

Real good

Nice app just a little pricey, but would be nice if you could take note and make phone calls from each customer profile while recording all communication for customers

I’ve been using this invoice service for several projects Big to small for five years now. Very professional look that can be modified to your liking. I love this app.

I’ve been using this for years, but why can I not copy and paste the total amounts from the tax reports? You should be able to touch and hold to copy, to make it easier to transfer numbers over while filing tax returns, etc.

I get logged out once or twice a year and then it won’t let me log back in, currently trying to figure out how to get my invoices to my client, I think I’m going to get a different app.

This app is fast easy to navigate and great to have access to old work on the go. Have been using for at least 3 years and has been upgrading as I go . Thanks

Flawless transactions

Will be locked out frequently. Will need to do multiple requests and attempts to change password on same device . I’d say 1 of 3 times . Needs work Mixes invoices with previous invoices . Wouldn’t recommend- wont renew

Cost way too much and their fees are way too high and they try to hold your money for days and never let you do instant transfers

It would be a great feature to add an option to where you can call or navigate clients with open invoices. I currently find myself copying and pasting their information so I can contact or navigate to their property. As a contractor we deal with at least 2 to 3 new clients per week so it’s unrealistic to save all these contacts in my phone. Love the app, but I think it would be a great idea to acquire this to the platform.

Simple to use. And new tools are being added

I’ve used this app for the last 6 years and never had a problem. Then out of nowhere were logged out. Called customer service and I was instructed to do many things. In the end I have no access to all the documents from the business I’ve done over the last 6 years. I’ve paid thousands and I paid for the whole year. I got locked out a month after making a years payment.

I setup Credit card payment through them. They have daily pay out limit of $5,000 and $20,000 monthly after 4 months of going over limit back to back, and having to wait until 1st of following month to get the difference in payments. I tried to contact them to have limits raised and sent all requested documents twice and all they keep doing is going back and forth via email. With no end or help in site. I’ve sent my number multiple times requesting someone to call me. And all they do is reply with email. Worst WORST WORST customer service help I’ve ever experienced!!

Sometimes Receiver doesn’t get the email

Been using Invoice2go for iver a decade. Never even thought about switching. THE BEST

I have used this service for almost a year and worked great. After a recent update it’s hardly useable. Every time it is opened a prompt to purchase a free trial is given (which I already have an upgraded subscription) and cannot bypass unless you subscribe to the lower subscription. To which after that you can’t access your invoices because of course that subscription is only valid for 5 invoices a month. When you try to upgrade it only shows the lowest subscription possibility. You can bypass with the subscriptions in your settings but then it won’t work because of the Free Trial Prompt because you haven’t subscribed to it. HELP. Don’t even try and contact the company because they have no support phone number just a chatbot and chat agents that regurgitate the website.

A easy way to send estimates & invoices

They just closed my account for no reason!!!i just tried to login but it didn’t work..so i contacted to support and they said that my account is closed and deactivated!!!!and i went with another app…don’t recommend this app!!!

I used to love this app. After years of being a loyal customer they stopped allowing me to operate the app. I spoke to someone on the phone who assured me that this would not happen but here we are. I’m frantically searching for a new company to invoice through.

I’ve been with invoices 2go since 2016. No problems or issues with this App.

Great service and quality!

I’m a small remodeling contractor and love this program for its ease of use but it’s also very effective at getting paid with credit card and other types of payment methods. Makes great estimates and invoices and is a very well thought out program.

So I download the app, first I wanted to try it first but I had to buy 10 dollars upfront, so I was like okay as soon as it works. But then when I tried to use the App later, it was always bugging like I needed to pay again, I delete and downloaded it again and still wasnt working after a few tries/hours I lost my patience and tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back but I couldnt do it for the life of me, no customer support to call, no one to talk to or a way to complain, literally a scam disguised as an app. Stay away

I’ve been using Invoice2go for years and have had no issues with it until recently. Recently they have implemented two factor Identification, where you need to receive a code from Invoice2go in order to login. These codes do not come, I often have to call tech-support and by the time I’m reaching tech-support I’ll get a batch of codes because I’ve tried to check in so many times, it’s very frustrating. Also, they’ve changed their payment processor for credit cards from Stripe to Invoice2go. It’s an inept system, if you need to refund a customer, you have to go through three emails with Invoice2go. I’m incredulous as to the stupidity behind this company. I am looking for a different invoicing app.

Got this app so I can do invoices on the fly created one went to go log back in to the account and it was as if someone took over the account had no access to it somehow my email address got changed contacted customer service. They did nothing from me even after I sent them everything they requested and was told to contact the legal department of this act and send them more information about my business. Feel like this is some type of scam.

For what I do it just works!

I opted to use them because my brother did for his business. I went to invoice my first customer with a deposit request. My customer paid it via card, it said it would take 2 days to process. The night before it was supposed to deposit I get an email requesting more info about my biz. I submit said info and the next morning my account was closed. No reason given, nothing. I reach out and am told the funds are to be returned in 3-5 more biz days. Then he can pay again. What a customer experience that sets.

Had them process a customers payment just to close my account on an email that was never sent to me and them to lie and tell me refund will be sent to customers in 3-5 days just for them to say it will be mailed to an address after 30 days this app is a scam for real contractors dont ever work with this scam of a app unless you love losing money

We have been using this app for almost 10 years and have seen a lot of changes. Which is expected. The price is a big issue but another issue is, all of a sudden I can’t send invoices from my iPhone. It says the invoice is as sent but was never delivered. I’ve spent HOURS on chat with support and they all say the same thing with no successful result. Once this subscription is up we’ll definitely be changing software.

I have been using Invoices2Go for about 10 years and using stripe as the Credit Cars processing , been wonderful , then they forced me to switch to there processing and first large charge they put a delay on the payment , years of using stripe over 300K in processing with no charge backs or delays and first time with new processing and they tell me this could happen sometimes , sorry going back to stripe with my $300K in charges and may be looking for a new invoice company … unacceptable

I just jump on and plug in the client and service and send it off to get paid. Clients take their times paying but that’s another story.

Quick, simple, and product is professional. Has help my company excel and progress.

They cancel my account for not reason. They don’t have a phone number that you can call if you have issues with your account, payment etc They don’t let you know that they will cancel or eliminate your account for not reason. If you are small business or big business pay extra and used a different company.

I love using Invoice2go to manage my plumbing business. So easy and fast to get my paperwork done, couldn’t imagine life without it!

There is nothing like this app, you can do anything on this app

Spent and paid for service for over 5 years had a few hiccups. This one is the last time app been down for 4 days losing money and all contacts no response been emailing , calling and use every method to get in touch and no response just want refund for my subscription only one month in on new renewal thank you

I have had this app for years but lately it has been messing up but customer service won’t help me at all!!! I can’t get it to act right and literally trying to use this for business!!! Don’t use this app, it’s a waste of money
